50 shades of honey
Various types of honey exist based on the nectar source collected by bees. While flower honey and forest honey from honeydew are widespread, one can also find honey derived from linden nectar, particularly beneficial for respiratory issues during colder seasons. Honey is also available from buckwheat, canola, dandelion, vicia, and numerous other sources.
To produce monofloral honey, bees need to be in close proximity to a plentiful nectar source of the specific plant in question. Relying solely on one linden tree, for example, would not yield true linden honey
